Compleat Angler..

Compleat Angler is the latest game in production. It's a new fishing game for the PC, based closely to Izzak Waltons famous book. You start out fishing with an old bamboo pole and a few basic natural baits. Using this tackle, you have to complete challenges starting on the River Lea. As you complete the challenges your angling experience level increases and you receive more tackle, baits and locations to fish. Eventually, you will make it to the present day where you'll have state of the art kit, including bite alarms and boilies.

It is now nearing completion and an alpha download version has been made available already. The feedback so far has been positive, especially regarding the look and feel which comprises detailed 3D models for the tackle and photo realistic actual fishing locations.
